Ashanti Douglas, also known as Ashanti was born in Glen Cove New York United States on the 13th of October, 1980. She is a singer and actress from the United States. Ashanti started her career as a teenager, then was eventually signed to Murder Inc. Records by 2002. She appeared in The Fat Joe's What's Luv? song that same year. And Fat Joe's What's Lulv?
